Arm processors vs x86?

I know nothing about processors but I was wondering how much processing power the new snapdragon 800 processor compares to a new generation quad core i3?

Not sure how you can quantify it's efficiency. It runs cooler, uses less electricity and all that. Probably has similar power to a current gen dual core atom processor, as the dual core on the S2 used to be as powerful as a single core x86 atom.
