Root Arm11 error on second hand phone.

Hi there. Today I purchased a second hand LG Eve (GW620) and have the receipt so I can take it back if needed. However, there is a problem with it and would like to see if its fixable.
When I first turned it on, I was greeted with a black screen saying:

[Blue Error Handler] Arm11 is Crashed!!
[Press Volume up key] To get Ramdump!!
[Press Volume down key] Reboot&savelog!!
