Accessories Armband for EVO 4G in Otterbox?

I've seen a number of reviews for Evo armbands, but I am particularly looking for one that fits the 4G housed in a Otterbox Commuter case. Anyone have any suggestions on this?

I was looking at this for my EVO 4G, but I have a ballistic case and I'm not sure if it will fit.

Thanks, that looks good. A little pricier than others, but perhaps the only one that can fit an Evo in an Otterbox.

Anyone have experience with these?

Don't get that generic one. It barely fits without a case without forcing it in there. Also, the hole for the earphone jack is on the wrong side. I bought that and returned it. Useless.

I also saw that iarm band but not sure if it fits w/a case.
