Arranging apps

Hi
I'm running ICS on a Huawei Ascend G300.
How do I go about arranging the apps ? I don't mean on the home pages,that's easy,but in the app pages there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which page the apps appear on.For instance I'd like to put all the games on 1 page or at least grouped together.
Sometimes it's a right pain trying to find an app that's not on a home page and that you don't use very often.
I've searched on google play but can't see anything suitable

Third part launchers typically allow you to create additional tabs, or drawers, so you can place specifuc apps in them.
I use Nova Prime. In my app drawer, I have tabs for photo apps, video apps,, games, etc.

Yes, the newer launchers (Nova is my choice, though I suspect that Apex does as well) will allow you to organize your app drawer. I believe they default to alphabetical order, if that helps.
