Arrow icons on system bar

After downloading a system update this icon appeared on my system bar, im unsure what it means.

Bad eyes here and can't see the arrow in the image.If its a arrow facing down with a line under it.Means its a download.

The arrows show incoming and outgoing data from your service provider to your phone and vice versa

Thank you, i have no apps running and nothing has changed on my device. Find it strange how its just appeared.
Cant seem to think what data is incoming/outgoing

The left and right horizontal bars mean you are connected to a voice over 4g capable network, this is called 4g supervoice on the 3 network, VoLTE on other networks.
It allows voice calls to be made over the 4g data network.
