the 29.99 data pack from vzw is expensive enough but factor in another 10 a month for basic txt and pix msging and it gets crazy! what is the best way to send messages to regular cell phone numbers without using a txt message? ive heard about google talk but im not sure how it works! can google talk do pictures?

Maybe different areas have dif rates, central fl is 29.99 and I have a discount with my employer so I end up paying like 23
