ascending ringtone GS5 - lollipop

There doesn't seem to be a way change your ringtone from ascending to immediate normal volume.

I rang my phone from landline, it rings 4 times before ringtone becomes fully audible, if I'm struggling to get phone out of my pocket it's a missed call. This doesn't help with running of business when your trying to get new and retain customers

there must be a department of silly ideas at android head office that makes decisions to make the OS more annoying by removing choices or options.

I feel like sending this phone back.

I can help you with that right now. I have bad ears along with the "tinnitus" inner ear train whistles that never go away.... they are just as loud as the trains that run by my house about 300 feet west of me....

thanks for your reply, sorry to here about your bad ear problems, I'll give your suggestion a try. My s3 had a choice built in for this, this choice has been removed which is annoying.
