Hybrid cars are a joke. The energy it takes to manufacture and recycle the batteries will never be offset by their marginally better fuel efficiency. You want efficient, go full electric or diesel. On top of all that, the cost to own and repair most hybrids is astronomical. They are not a real solution to the problem, just a pacifier for the faux environmentalists.

I don't even remember! :eek:..I guess there hasn't been any really good movies that I couldn't wait to go see...I cried at the last Lord of the Rings trilogy...not because it was sad..but...because it was over...:rolleyes:.want to see Iron man..but haven't gotten around to it ....oh and I can't wait to see Star Wars !!!...:D I'll probably go this weekend...

Not really. Unless my kids are. I was never really a huge cartoon fan...

Yup. A couple. Worst was when I smashed my face off the steering wheel. No good. Not my fault, though.

yes ..but never injured:) scraped up a leg in a motor cycle accident pretty bad though... nothing broken ..just a very large and painful road rash ..bandages and crutches etc...:rolleyes: probably should not have worn shorts on the back of a motocross bike that was illegally driven on the road though...so:rolleyes:

I actually agree with that in terms of the faux environmentalism.

That said, we have 2wd drive hybrid of this - http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/bymodel/2005_Ford_Escape.shtml

And that's pretty close, we get 28 to 29 mpg overall.

I got it because it was a little electric and I got tired of waiting for the Air Car.

I don't get into the debate, cars are just faster than walking to me.

I believe in ghosts.

in a drop dead second..in fact, when I was little , I fully expected to be driving a hover car when I grew up!:)

I am a stay at home mom...it has it's moments..:rolleyes:
but I wouldn't have it any other way..:) before that..I was a kindergarden teacher.. before that...did a couple years as a trauma nurse ..oh.and I went to law school:eek:hmmm:rolleyes:

not sure...it wasn't the speed that was bizarre..it is how close it can hover ..to mountains.. volcano's ..buildings..etc......it's def an experience..:)
