Draw a target on a piece of paper, hang it on the wall, and practice throwing the pencil at it. I used to throw thumb tacks into the ceiling in the office I worked in a few years back because I would get so bored.

well I live in Canada...so I am already outside of the US :P
France and England are the only two countries I have visited (outside of the US)

Do you take vitamins supplements or prefer to take them all naturally

I have cycles. I take vitamins for a month and then take a 3 month or so break.
