Yes. Under and Alone. I don't remember the author, but is about an ATF agent undercover in a motorcycle gang. Great read.

Usually in a bed, but I was sick like that for a few days once. If you a like that now then I feel for you.:( It is terrible.

I street jog (not during the winter though) and do aerobic...I should be doing weights too...but too lazy XD

Have you done any fighting style workout? (Boxing, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Karate, Kung fu, Wrestling, etc?)

I thought about training for MMA, but after three shoulder surgeries, that scar on my shoulder would be a big target for an arm bar...lol
