Assuming a cross platform framework is what was required.
If not, then just stick with the Android SDK, as provided by Google
There are many framework for Android development which is used broadly but all one is the Best for android development is Android SDK that work on tools Eclipse and Android Studio but there are so many framework for android development like Spring for Android that use Java and Spring and others framework are used for hybridapplication using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C# and Lua languages.
