Help assign a picture to a contact

odd thing happened today



strange thing happened to me today..

i wanted to attach a picture to a contact


but no matter if i took a fresh picture to assign it to a contact or picked a picture from the gallery... all i got was a solid white screen!!



any idea what i'm doing wrong here guys?

is this a bug? seems reproducible to me


i sure would like to have this feature on my phone

Just tried w/both a Google contact and a T-Mo contact and both worked ...from cam and gallery pics. I just selected the contact and pressed "Edit". Then long pressed the photo (or portrait icon...depending on type of contact), selected a pic, then saved.

i just tried it to and OF COURSE.. it works!

This is one thing I missed on my nexus s.. since 95 percent of my contacts also have Facebook.. HTC sense takes care of the pics for me..
