Assign separate ringtones for each contact

Hello,

Is it possible to assign different ringtones to different contacts in Moto-G?

If not, do you suggest a good app to do this?

On most phones you would edit the contact and set a custom ringtone there. I don't have a Moto G so can't check whether that works on that phone.

Yes you can set separate ringtones for each contact. These steps are for Lollipop, if you have KitKat or Marshmallow on your Moto G they might be slightly different.

1. Tap a contact in your address book
2. Tap the pencil to edit
3. Tap the menu (three dots top right)
4. Tap Set Ringtone

They are both correct. I an still using my 1st gen Moto G and have set different ring tones.

Edit: you can also set different tones for you contacts in Android Messaging. Is a similar process, but you do it from within the messaging app.
