Assistive light on notifications galaxy s3

I update my android OS on my Galaxy S3 recently. The Assistive light will flashing in all notifications, calls and alarms. It is really unnecessary and annoying. how can I stop that?

If that's the 4.3 update, and it's the first one you got, wait for the second one - it's supposed to fix the bugs in the first one.
