Help Asus transformer app sugestion needed

Hi
I have just bought a Transformer and want an app that will allow me to link (not transfer) media (music, pics etc) stored on my hdd plugged into my router remotely. Any thoughts on how best to do this?

I use Subsonic to stream (over the internet, but WiFi works too I believe) my PCs music to my android phone and love it!

It requires a bit of a setup work on your PC but there's an excellent tutorial on their forum.
