Help Asus Transformer TF300 Move files into and between folders?

I have moved files from my laptop into the tablet but cannot figure out how or if I can place them into specific folders. It does not give the option of doing this when I first move them. Any ideas?

Are you using the file manager? It gives you the option of putting them where you want them (with the exception of in folders for system files).
