AT&T and Verizon are still trying to defend their zero-rating policies to the FCC

AT&T and Verizon both offer their own video services to their customer without charging them for the data they use. The FCC was originally okay with this, but has recently said it is a violation of their net neutrality rules. Both AT&T and Verizon says the FCC lacks the authority to prevent them from doing this.
