Root [AT&T] Any 4.2.2 ROM Recomendations for the GS3?

Hi, guys!

My major beef with the official stock JellyBean is the infuriating irremovable manufacturer/carrier bloatware and the springboard scroll animation glitch that came with the 4.1.1 update.
I'm looking for a flavor with a primary focus on stability, compatibility, as well as battery-friendliness. I'd be delighted to find exciting new features but those 3 things are essential to me.
What ROM recommendations would you have for my GS3 and why? Is there anything important I should know before upgrading?

Thank you.

welcome to AF!!!!!!!!!

we need to know what carrier you have as we have All Things Root subforums for the s3 but it varies for each carrier.

let us know and if you like, i can move this thread to the right forum where folks who have your device can chime in on what is a good rom to try.

No need for a custom ROM. Do the following:
* Root it
* install Titanium backup Pro and do a full backup with it
* delete the apps you don't want from the backup (but keep a copy in case you
want to return it to stock)
* Restore from the backup
* Phone minus bloatware

Hi everybody.
Enybody knows when ll be official auto update gs3 on android 4.2.2
Now i have 4.1.2 and still waiting

Hey folks,
I just updated from 4.0.4 to 4.2.2 by way of Paranoid Android. A couple of things I can't understand are how I can access Google Now and how to use the offline voice-to-speech program?
And another strange issue is that I can't login in my google account. However, if I revert back to the old ROM, my problems disappear.
Does anyone have any experience with these issues? Have any of these issues happened with any of you before?

Thanks in advance.

Samsung I9300 International model.
