Root [AT&T] AT&T Bloat Notice Help

I powered down my phone, only to have an update from AT&T pushing a "new service" on me, Mobile Locate for 9.99 a month.

In the screen shots, the Notification Icon at the top, and more detailed notification just will not go away. When I click on it to set it up, it is making me sign up for this. Even when I proceed and decline the license agreement, it still hangs around wanting me to sign up. Grrr.

Are you completely positive that's from AT&T? Only asking because it appears you're being forced to accept at $9.99 @ month.
Anytime I see that particular dollar amount I get suspicious.

DOH! Simply going into the application manager and uninstalling it worked. How dare AT&T to download this crap for me.
