Root [AT&T] Bricked my phone please help!!!

I have an At&t Galaxy s3 and tried to put an I9300 ROM on my phone. Then mistakenly put tmobile firmware on it. Now my Product Name says SGH-T999 instead of SGH-I747. When i try to put the at&t firmware for 4.1.1 back on my phone i get this error:

No matter what I do, i keep getting a FAIL!

I just want to get it back to the original rom for 4.1.1 as to not void the warranty. PLEASE HELP!!!
