Root [AT&T] CleanRom 4.1 SE question

I just flashed this Rom and so far I love it. My question is what apps can I delete? Att bloatware is gone but there's other bloatware
 
You can find out by going to your app manager and freezing the apps for a few days and see if it effects anything. If it doesn't, you can get Gemini App Manager from the play store and remove them
