Root [AT&T] Deleted OS

So I am a total noob that messed up and need help... I decided to unroot my phone and I accidentally erased my os using twrp. I have a htc one m7 (at&t) and I honestly have no idea what im doing so ill just give all the info I can possibly provide. My bootloader screen says:
m7_UL PVT Ship S-ON RH
HBOOT-1.56.0000
RADIO-4T.24.3218.09
OpenDSP-v32.12.274.0909
OS-4.18.502.7
EMMC-boot 2048MB
Jan 28 2014,09:32:41.0

Windows will not recognize my device when I am in the boot loader screen. I tried installing drivers from google didn't work >=[ I really need my phone because without a phone I dont have a job. Please keep it simple as in step by step because I am feeling dumb and beyond frustrated any help would be appreciated please please please!!!!!
I am using a 64bit Windows 7 btw.. I just want my phone to be back to normal so I can go back to the noob I am
 
I moved this to the HTC One AT&T All Things Root forum. I know a person or two that will see it here and be able to offer some ideas.:)

If your still in need of help I'll be available for the next couple hrs.

If you still have TWRP on your phone and Fastboot on your PC it's not too difficult to push / sideload a rom to your phone.

In TWRP / Advanced / Sideload
From PC adb / fastboot folder
you use
adb sideload name_OF_rom.zip
or
adb push name_of_rom.zip /sdcard/
Just make sure the rom is in the same folder as fastboot/adb

as far as the drivers go, only fastboot commands work in the bootloader and adb only works in recovery / or a booted up device. When you in the first screen of recovery on you pc try adb devices and it should output the serial number for you phone
