Root [AT&T] Encryption process failed. Factory reset not working.

3000gt

Lurker
Htc One M7.

I have TWRP installed, v2.7.1.1
Was running PAC Rom
Gaps-forget which model, but the one that works with pac...

I attempted to encrypt my phone, started the process and left it do its thing for 12 hours and realized it was sitting there making a 'ticking' noise every few seconds.

I have attempted to factory reset / wipe everything / re-flash / reinstalled twrp / tried installing factory ROM / tried installing CM rom.

Idk what I am doing wrong, I have read countless hours of forums to no avail and have come here as a lest resort.

When I log into TWRP it prompts me for my "Password" which is what I set the encryption password to.

For some reason my bootloader has my S-On. Which I have tried to fix but cant.

When i boot my phone normally, it starts up after the PAC 'intro' / load screen and then asks me to enter my encryption password. and then the screen turns off after 2 seconds before I can type the password in.

I have even marked my screen so I knew where the buttons where and attempted to type the password with the black screen and it wouldnt work...idk if the screen just wouldnt turn on or I kept ******* up the password. --When doing this with the screen off you can still feel like phone vibrate when you press buttons.

Idk what info you will need, but here is the shit on my boot-loader if it helps.
