Root [AT&T] Failed root pleasee help :(

so i tried rooting my galaxy s 3 and i failed i really need help my phone is messed up it keep saying firmware upgrade encounterd a issue please select recovery mode in kies and try again and it and when i open up kies it doesnt show up i really need help so if someone here can help me here is some information about my phone.
Country:Canada
Provider Bell
Model:sgh-1747m
Please anyone help i really need it and if there no way to fix can somone tell me a store that can fix it?

Welcome to the forum.

Could you provide a link to the method you used to root please? I have a feeling it was incompatible with your version of the gs3. If you can get into download mode (volume down, power and home) you should be able to fix it by flashing some stock firmware with Odin. Firmware can be downloaded from here
