Root [AT&T] Help - Disable OTA update?

My OneX is rooted and working just fine. I'm getting the pop-up notifications from AT&T about updating. This last time I postponed it, it said (basically) I'll be forced to update in 8 hours.

is there any way to disable this?

assuming you are rooted,just use titanium backup,or equivalent,to look for and freeze a file called "updater".

you can then boot to recovery and wipe the caches to get the downloaded OTA files out of temporary storage.
