Root [AT&T] How quickly are RUUs made available?

With the 4.4.3/Sense 6 OTAs rolling out for the M7, how soon after OTAs are RUUs generally released? I may have to RUU back to a stock state to take an OTA anyway, so perhaps I'd just wait for the latest RUU.

Also, all the download sites for the RUUs are third-party sites. I can't find them available on the HTC site. At least not the AT&T specific ones. And those aren't on the AT&T site either. Don't know about other variants. So I'm curious, where do these sites that hosts them get them?

Sometimes ruus are released officially,and housed on HTC's websites. Sometimes they are leaked,and hosted elsewhere.

Unfortunately,ruus are rhe propery of the carriers,not HTC,so we can't predict if/when they may be available

Your only option may be to install an older ruu,and let the phone ota to current.
