Hi Everybody, I have lurked in the background since getting my first Android device, I have learned a lot from reading the posts, and usually can get my questions answered through reading the posts. So, Many thanks for all the help in the past.
NOW, my current question is, I got a Note 2 from AT&T last week. I wasn't going to root it, but, hey why not? So a couple days ago, I rooted it with ODIN3 ver 3.07 and applied "CF-Auto-Root-t0lteatt-samsungsghi317.tar.md5". All went fine and it works great. BUT...I really want to get CWM Recovery on it. I did some research and found how to do that, but the options in the Recovery on my phone has different options than the instructions I found at XDA. XDA says DL Rom Manager, then through RM DL the current CWM recovery (update.zip). Reboot into stock recovery and choose the option "re-install package" I don't have that option, I have apply update from ADB, apply update from external storage, apply update from cache. Which of these options do I want to use?
Thanks again for everything!
