Root [AT&T] Jelly Bean 4.2 Update ROM?

Thinking of exchanging my new HTC one X plus for S3 due to poor WiFi strength. Not looking forward to going from JB 4.1.1 to 4.0. I know update for S3 is close. Is there a stable custom JB 4.2 ROM yet or close. Figure go 4.0 straight to 4.2. Less work.

for a stock experience. there's plenty of stable 4.1.2 ROMs. i've used AOKP and CM10 on mine without any issues.
