Help! I got lg g2 at&t d80020k and i heard that there is a knock code available in ota update but my phones software is not updating and idk why...can anybody tell me the reason..or is there any at&t user ? Thankyou..

When you click on update software,What does it say?

In order to get the OTA KitKat 4.4.2.update,You are going to have to do a factory reset.
This is how I had to do it after I got the Sim Card replaced,Mine got hung up at JB,And told me I had to wait 24 hours before I could check for update.After I did a return to stock.

You can if you want,And then if it don't give it to you.
You can do a factory reset.It's up to you.

BTW,The knock code is so cool,I just love it.
If you root,You will have knock code.
And if you put TWRP on your phone you will loose knock code.
