Root [AT&T] Lost my stock backup

I rooted and am running jellybam rom. I wanted to go back to my stock rom, thought i made a backup with CWM, guess i didnt. I know i made backups through twrp but cant figure out how to use that backup or how to find it. Any help is appreciated!

How did you figure it out? I lost my stock rom because my SD card was encrypted and didn't want to un-encrypt during the root process.

I seriously cant remember what I did. Your can find stock roms on the net for specific providers.
