Root [AT&T] Please help with backup

Like i mentioned I am newbie previous iphone user-i got my S3 and i am soo hapyy ver the "android freedeom".
i was advised to not root my s3 from few reasons and most imortant one is : im affraid mess with it.

CAN U PLS TELL ME HOW TO BACK UP MY PHONE AND APPS WITHOUT ROOT ??
SOMETHING EASY NOT TO COMPLICATED PLS HAHA

since you do not want to root, you should not have posted this in the Root section...

you can backup Apps with Carbon, or App Backup + Restore.

make sure you save your contacts to your GMail account, and they will always stay synced.

and use services like Dropbox or Google Drive to backup your photos and videos.
