I was not even looking for this, but it seems that consumer reports didnt make it well known that this survey is based on 58,000 subscribers and they also failed to mention this

I am not going to bat for AT&T because they are scum, but not much worse than any other provider, and maybe less scum than consumer reports.

All of the carriers do the debit cards for rebates now. Just apply the balance to your bill online and it's like you magically have $100 more in your checking account since you don't have to pay that now.

No, this isnt a debit card like at&t would issue. It only works at radioshack, and has a 5 -7 convenience charge per usage. Its like something from a check cashing facility.
