Hello,
So I have a GS3 running AOKP.
AOKP for my phone is on XDA found here.
My rear camera has been messing up, bad. So first with the stock camera app, it would take the picture...do it 3 times in a row for one picture (No, not consecutive mode). The screen flickers like all the times the picture is taken, it pops up an HDR loading screen and the picture is saved. It comes out blurry and I can tell that it is obviously malfunctioning. I tried reflashing the ROM,I did update once, that could be the issue...I'm going to try and flash the older version. I then tried three third party apps... Camera ICS+, facebook, and Kik Messenger. Camera ICS+ is a camera app...facebook can take pictures and send them in messages and Kik a messaging app in which you can also send pictures through.
Camera ICS+ caused my camera to say it has an error connecting or something when trying to take a picture. Kik and facebook seemed to work fine, until I tried it with flash, it just keeps flashing until the HDR screen pops up, same thing with the default app. The rear camera takes videos perfectly.
What could this be? How can I fix it? Is it just AOKP? (I don't remember how the camera was on stock...I think the AOKP one worked properly at first).
Any suggestions are appreciated thanks!
