Root [AT&T] remove scratches

What is the best way to remove scratches from my gs4?? The scratches are not very deep and one of them is noticeable but the rest are not! What solution would you recommend??

On the screen? Very fine rouge and linseed oil. And a plate of glass (plate, not window glass) about 1/2" smaller than the phone screen in each dimension as a blank. (You're going to be grinding a plano lens.)

Yes, From the screen!! I ordered iDrops from amazon and some nice cotton clothes!! I don't if it will work but I though why not!! If all else fails I guess I will replace the front glass, not an easy process but worth it!! Sure hope I don't have to though.
