Root [AT&T] Removing clockworkmod recovery

Long story short could not install new AT&T update today so I wanted to install the stock 4.1.1 to my Note2. Used clockworkmod recovery to make a backup image of my phone and then install it. Is there way I can use clockworkmod recovery to install stock version, or uninstall clockworkmod? (I did try to use clockworkmod to install the zip of the stock 4.1.1 but states file is bad)

you can download the note2 toolkit from XDA and theres a option in the kit to install the stock recovery. very simple
