Root [AT&T] Rooted for wifi tethering question

So I rooted my s4 i337 so I can tether. My only concern is my carrier finding out. I dont want to lose unlimited. My main purpose is so my sons can watch netflix. Should I use an app like Foxfi to tether or just use the native way through the settings. Thanks in advanced.
 
It makes no difference on their end what you do on your end. They'll see that you're using a device other than a cellphone or phone-enabled tablet.
