Root [AT&T] Rooting Services In Toronto

As the title states has anyone used a Rooting Service found on Kijiji in the Toronto area or can recommend one . I would like to Root my note 2 (SGH-i317m) (hopefully i put this in the right forum) My carrier is Rogers.
 
Thanks will look into this. Will this allow me to remove all the rogers stuff as well as chat on Google hangouts etc all the stuff i don't use. Does super user allow me to "overclock or underclock"?? (change the speed settings of the phone or should I let someone who knows what they are doing to do that)
