Is there a setting or 3rd party app that allows the toggling between 3G and 4G....and Edge (but this might be asking too much)? I switched to AT&T and have signal issues with 4G. The signal isn't strong enough for good quality and it isn't weak enough to switch to 3G. This is also leading to excessive battery drainage....need help.
