at&t software upgrade

did everyone else (at&t) uses get the software upgrade today...is anyone else having a problem with it

my phone isis totally freezing all the time....i can't stand it...huge performance issues when I didn't have any before...soo frustrating

i think i'm going to have to do the dreading factory re set....did i mention how frustrated i was

Well, sounds like a factory reset might be in order, but you could try clearing the system cache first to see if that helps any. Shut down the phone & reboot while holding the volume up, home, and power button all at the same time- wait for the little vibrate & then release the power button but keep the home & volume up button pressed until you see the Samsung logo. Once the recovery menu comes up, use the volume up/down to highlight "wipe cache partition", then press power button to select, then when it's done, select "reboot system"

Worth a try before you do a reset...
