Root [AT&T] "verify whole file signature" Out of Options..

I keep getting the above Message when trying to load a rom (Already rooted) and I've not run into this issue before..

I am running 4.1.2 on SGH-l317 and I've tried several different ROM's all getting the same problem..

This is the ROM I am wanting most:

[ROM][4.3.1][317/317M][OFFICIAL] :: Infamous Open Kang Project 2.0 :: t0lteatt :: - xda-developers

Hat recovery are you using to try to flash these Roms? How are you downloading them? And to where? You usually get that message when the files have not been digitally signed.
But, I suspect it has something to do with the recovery your using....
