Root [AT&T] Wiped Clean

I rooted my phone back in the spring and tried a couple of ROMs and went back to the original stock version. Back then I used the Odin software. I recently decided to try ROMs again and saw on YouTube where people are using goomanager and it looked easier. Following the video, I downloaded goomanager from the play store. I backed up the current ROM, and also downloaded gaap and cmod 10 on my phone via goomanager. I then wiped the phone, and rebooted. When it came up, there is only directories and no zip files anywhere. So, I must have backed it up to memory some kind of way and deleted it with the wipe. So now on Team Win Recovery, I have nothing to load into my phone. Is there a way I can get the get the zip files and send them from my laptop to via the usb port, or am I past the point of no return?

After research and help from others, I found out how to get myself out of this dilemma... I downloaded the lastest version of ODIN software. I downloaded a clean AT&T Rom. I downloaded latest USB drivers for S3 - I747. I used the software to get the AT&T load over to phone. USB port started working. All is well again.
