ATRIX 4G: How to upgrade from an European version??

I have an Atrix 4G purchased unlocked through Amazon. It has a system version 45.31.0.MB860.Retail.en.DE. Does anyone know how I change this to the latest AT&T 2.3.6.? Thanks.
