Help Atrix 4G: No Voice Prompts in Navigation

Hello,

When I use the Navigation in my Atrix 4G, sometimes I get voice prompts, sometimes I dont. It just happens automatically. I made sure that the mute-unmute button is not checked off, so that is taken care of. I still cant understand what I have to do to get voice prompts for Nav...as it makes the driving much more easier than keep on switching between looking through the mirror and looking at the phone. Btw. I know that Google Maps does not support voice promots, but the Navigation app on Atrix does have voice prompts...

Any sincere help/suggestions will be much appreciated.

I had a similar problem but found the audio was heard when I truned off the car. Have not figure it out but thing it was connected to BT audio.
