Atrix Vs Atrix 4G?

Good day everyone,
I have seen two separate presentations of the Motorola Atrix on GSMArena.com, both are labeled as "MB860" but one is Atrix and the other is Atrix 4G.
Is there really a difference or are they all 4G?

They are the same thing, don't know why they list it twice, unless the phone does not use 4G in the name outside of the USA
