Help ATT S3 on Tmobile speeds

Hi, I know that the ATT S3 can be unlocked to be used on T-Mobile carrier but was just wondering if it can get the same speeds as the T-Mobile S3? If not, can it be flashed or something?

Anyone with experience? I was planning on getting an ATT S3 to use on T-Mobile's prepaid plan and heard the 1700 band is missing from ATT's model. Is that an issue?

Because of the difference i believe it will work only at edge speeds, at least that was an issue when my son got an att ipone for our tmobile plan. They are in the process of upgrading service heres a link maybe you will be lucky and live in one of the cities so you will be able to get beter speeds
