attaching pdf to email

how do i attach a pdf to an email using my galaxy tab? I hit the attach button but it just takes me pictures and i want to attach a file saved in my quickoffice file
 
When I click on the attach to file, I get a choice of using file manager HD and gallery. File manager, gets a me to where I need to be be.
