Hello, I am going to try and be real brief as i could type for days describing what we have done so far. In short, we have exhausted the internet and have tried everything under the sun in our environment. I am a CTO for a private insurance company in the middle of beta testing android. We are currently and have been on BES for years and want to get away from it ASAP. i have deployed to myself a thunderbolt and another employee a Dinc2. I have configured exchange about a year ago to support ipad with activesync and have had zero problems. Well i setup my thunderbolt a month ago and everything has been working perfect up until 3 days ago. All of the sudden emails are just disappearing. The user i deployed the Dinc2 to had the problem happen on day 3. I am running exchange 2003 and have downloaded the mobile admin tool to delete the relationship to bandaid the problem for now. I did that again this morning and i just lost 2 emails this evening! I really believe it is the devices for a couple reasons but we are ready to kick this troubleshooting in high gear to determine this for sure. I plan on doing whatever it takes to pinpoint this problem! We will build new networks, we will build test exchange servers with multiple scenarios, whatever it takes. This is completely unacceptable in our world and i know there are a lot of frustrated people out there.
