Audible touch tones not working

Since the other day, I haven't been able to hear the audible touch tones on my Thunderbolt. I tried going to Settings→Sound→Audible touch tones, and it was set to "Short tones." I tried "Long tones," and that didn't work. I even tried turning audible touch tones off and back on, and it still didn't work.

After that, I checked Settings→Sound→Volume, and all four volume bars were at high settings (Ringtone, Media, Alarm, and Notification) and I had already made sure that the in-call volume (which wasn't listed there for some reason) was also at a high setting. I also tried rebooting the phone.

I'm at a loss here. I know the audible touch tones aren't that important, but I think they're a nice touch. I hear them when I use the dialpad during a call of course; I'm just talking about when I'm dialing to make a call. Does anyone have any idea what to do?

By the way; I created this thread before, I think in the HTC Thunderbolt section (I later realized this section would make more sense), but for some reason when I went to check it the thread wasn't in my created threads page. I also checked the forum myself and it wasn't there. I'm saying this in case an admin may want to take a look at it.

Okay, that worked. There was a hidden "System" volume that was muted. Why wouldn't that be in the volume control menu? Anyway, in case anyone else is having that problem, here's a QR code you can scan to quickly get to that app:

Thanks, by the way.
