sorry i'm not sure i understand. your earbuds are not working? what phone do you have? were they working before? what earbuds do you have? the more info you provide the better we can help.
First step in troubleshooting I think is try another pair of earbuds or headphones. And that should eliminate if it's the phone or the earbuds that are at fault.
