So in the last 24 hours my phone has suddenly 'forgotten' how to navigate audio menus, such as "Press 1 to for reservations" "enter your pin number now" etc. Never had an issue with this before but now it has stopped registering. The dial pad works, the numbers show up on screen, but the call menu's treat it as if nothing has been entered. I have verified this against several different menu's, voicemail access, insurance company, hotel lines - none of them work. Any ideas? Did I somehow turn off an option that I wasn't aware of?
